Job Description

Job Summary:-

A Product Expert in Sales is a professional who possesses in-depth knowledge about a particular product or range of products and uses that knowledge to drive sales. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills. Here are some key responsibilities and skills associated with the role of a Product

Roles & Responsibilities

Creating sales plan.

Prepare sales pitch and upgrade time to time.

Explaining product features and benefits to clients.

Maintain healthy business relationship with client.

Lead activity update in CRM or in another given tool.

Work collaboratively – Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Meeting arrangement.

Basic product demo to client.

Negotiating contracts with clients.

Standard report submission to Product head.

Answering client questions.

Closing sales and achieving organization goal as well as self-quota.

Creating and maintaining customer database.

Provide standard sales related support to client.

Align product features with customer need.

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential

for new products and services.

Continuously improve through feedback.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Feedback on operation improvement

Primary Skills

Proven work experience as a Product Sales Representative.

Teamwork.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional

relationships.

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

Work well under pressure.

Strong Communication skill.

Problem solving ability.

Critical thinking ability.

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
