Job Description

Job Summary:

Innovision Limited is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of manpower and security services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, market research, and digital platforms.

Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients to understand their security and manpower needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare business proposals, conduct price negotiations, and finalize contracts with clients.

Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry demands to develop effective sales strategies.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals as set by the company.

Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the manpower and security industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented approach.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B sales, especially in manpower and security services.
