Profile Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our IT services and consulting company. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, generating new leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, promoting our services, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's client base and increase market share.

Identify potential clients and initiate contact to generate new business leads.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting activities.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Understand clients' business needs and challenges, and propose tailored solutions to address their requirements.

Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the company's capabilities and value proposition.

Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and achieving revenue targets.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.

Provide market feedback and insights to the management team to support strategic decision- making.

Desired Specifications & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
