Work Profile: To sell plans where we provide services to the coaching institute for

above 500 Students.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

�� Identification: Identify potential clients, & the decision makers within the client

organization.

�� Calls: Do appropriate calling within your market or geographic area to ensure a

robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining

& leveraging your skills.

�� Showcase Product: Tell them about all the benefits of having their own online

test series platform, study material, customized product etc.

�� Provide Solutions: Guide them in selecting the best solution for their needs.

�� Coordinate: Coordinating pre-sales & post-sales follow ups. Provide

administrative support as well as excellent customer service & smooth

communications.

�� Research: Research & build relationships with new clients. Using knowledge of

the market & competitors, identify & develop the company��s unique selling

propositions & differentiators.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

�� Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience within Business Development or sales

(B2B).

�� Education: Preferable if have BTech in CS and MBA in Sales and Marketing.

Related field Experience in the Education Industry would be prioritized. Moreover,

MBA completion year must be after 2020.

�� Skills: Good communication & presentation skills.

�� Relationship building: Handle & connect with multiple clients via multiple

channels/references & build good relationships.

WORK DETAILS:

�� Working Days: Monday to Friday

�� Timings: 10-7 pm

�� Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Work from home is NOT allowed)

�� Might as well require a few offline visits to the clients.
