Work Profile: To sell plans where we provide services to the coaching institute for
above 500 Students.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identification: Identify potential clients, & the decision makers within the client
organization.
Calls: Do appropriate calling within your market or geographic area to ensure a
robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining
& leveraging your skills.
Showcase Product: Tell them about all the benefits of having their own online
test series platform, study material, customized product etc.
Provide Solutions: Guide them in selecting the best solution for their needs.
Coordinate: Coordinating pre-sales & post-sales follow ups. Provide
administrative support as well as excellent customer service & smooth
communications.
Research: Research & build relationships with new clients. Using knowledge of
the market & competitors, identify & develop the companys unique selling
propositions & differentiators.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience within Business Development or sales
(B2B).
Education: Preferable if have BTech in CS and MBA in Sales and Marketing.
Related field Experience in the Education Industry would be prioritized. Moreover,
MBA completion year must be after 2020.
Skills: Good communication & presentation skills.
Relationship building: Handle & connect with multiple clients via multiple
channels/references & build good relationships.
WORK DETAILS:
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 10-7 pm
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Work from home is NOT allowed)
Might as well require a few offline visits to the clients.
