We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive(BDE)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales
and revenue growth through strategic planning, relationship building and effective communication.
As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, preparing client proposals & presentations, plan weekly sales cycle by doing mining of the allocated accounts through salient meetings accordingly, nurturing client relationship, achieving sales targets and close deals.
JD:
Handling the day-to-day sales.
Generating new client acquisitions through outreach and lead generation.
Calling Clients or visiting the clients in person and explaining the services.
Work on identifying new clients through LinkedIn or in person.
Developing business and communicating with our corporate clients.
Making cold calls for new business leads.
Making PPTs and proposals for new clients.
Generate high-quality leads that result in winning new projects.
Maintaining knowledge of all services offered by the company.
Arranging meetings with potential clients.
Negotiating on retainer package and closing potential clients.
Keep up to date and maintain a strong knowledge of all things related to lead generation
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in business development sales, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build report and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify business opportunities
- Self motivated and requites oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft office.
