1. To ensure full knowledge amongst our target customers in terms to professional services
being provided by us so that a consistent pipeline of leads are generated for our professional
activities. To capture all such leads being generated.
2. To maintain and update existing database of all officials in the large corporate/ commercial
clients/ Industrial finance branches of banks and other financial institutions in the area – SBI,
UBI, PNB, BOB, CB, BOI, Indian etc.
3. To meet the officials once every 7-10 days for strengthening the relationship and further
making the 40 year old brand stronger at branch and zonal office level.
1. Strong Preference will be given to Past Experience in Professional Services Firm engaged in
ASM+ TEV+ LIE+ Stock and Receivables Audit+ Valuation. Experience in Business Development
in Public Sector Banks, Public Sector Financial Institutions and Government Departments. Past
Experience in Business Development at any of our competitor firms.
2. Strong preference to candidates having an existing strong and positive network in PSU banks
and corporates.
3. Relationship Building and Strong Liasoning Skills with PSU staff.
4. Ability to find common connects with the customer.
5. Excellent Communication and Marketing Skills.
6. Lead Generation and Lead Closing Skills.
7. Communication Skills on Telephone
8. Negotiation Skills
9. Good Mobile Skills and handle whatspp communications.
Knowledge
1. Preference will be given to candidates having professional qualifications like CA, CS, CWA or
MCom etc as same would enable better understanding of our products so as to market the
same.
2. Preference will be given to candidates having operational knowledge about our line of work.
