Business Development Executive :
We are seeking a highly qualified Business Development Executive to become a part of our team with 3+ years of experience in solar Industries. The candidate should be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals. He must motivate their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Create a strong pipeline of a new business opportunities. Procuring new clients through direct contact, and collaboration with the marketing department. Proactively generate leads through market research, networking events, referrals, and digital marketing strategies.
Lead Conversion: Identify customer requirements and present suitable product knowledge to convert potential leads into sales. Maintain positive professional relationships with clients.
Product Presentation: Promote the companys products to prospective clients like Commercial, Industrial and Residential Customers.
Negotiation & Convincing: Negotiate with clients and convince them to make purchases at mutually beneficial prices.
Client Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction, address concerns, and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Ongoing client relationship management to ensure the potential value of the customer is maximized and customer delight is maintained on a long-term basis
Revenue Generation: Maximize sales and contribute to the company's revenue growth by closing deals and exploring new business opportunities.
Goal Achievement: Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
