Roles & Responsibilities:
• Locate, develop, define and leverage business relationships
• Develops and implements strategies for achieving individual sales goals.
• Spearheading high power network growth in the region
• Developing and understanding of the company’s offerings, the competitors and clients to enable maximized sales and revenue generation
• Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
• Prepare proposals and business contracts to maximize profit while satisfying client requirement
• Scan, identify, introduce, initiate negotiations & close deals
• Coordinate with regional marketing channels to participate in conferences
• Develop business acumen and the ability to understand the wider issues of the industry.
• Lead generation for new partnership and alliances
Job Specification:
• Graduate/ PG with experience in Healthcare/Insurance/SAAS or other relevant industry
• Experience required: 2 to 3 years
• Knowledge on Concept Selling
• Excellent communication negotiations and presentation skills
• Ability to connect, network, influence key customers/ stakeholders
• Basic understanding on preparation of legal contracts
• Analytical and Self driven
• Travel – 70%
• Knowledge on MS office
