We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven individuals who have great communication and persuasion skills. You will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota. We are looking to hire a BDE who is customer-oriented to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The BDE's responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received
Roles and Responsibilities:
Selling our products which include Health & Wellness Credit Card & Growfitter Premium Subscription.
Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
Learn details about our product and service offerings.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements.
Keep an updated customer database.
Always strive towards meeting a sales quota.
Requirements:
Any Graduate or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.[BA,
BMS, BAF, B. Com or diploma in related fields]
Proven experience working as a Tele-sales Executive or Business Development Executive.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to follow scripts.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Candidates with Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom and other related industries will be preferred.
