Job Profile
1. Connecting customers through online and Social Media Platforms to generate and converts potential leads.
2. Calling potential customers to persuade them to purchase company services
3. Processing all customer purchases accordingly & managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
4. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
5. Generating promising leads
6. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
7. Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
8. Meeting with clients virtually & demonstrating and presenting services and Applications
9. Represent our company at industry events and conferences
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
11. Receive ongoing training and support to enhance your skills and career growth opportunities
