Business Development Executive (International Software Sales)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Chennai office. This role is target-driven, requiring the acquisition of 10 sign-ups per day. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by promoting GNB Territory Insights to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients within the real estate sector.
- Utilize various channels to engage with prospects.
2) Sales and Onboarding:
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of GNB Territory Insights.
- Achieve daily sign-up targets by converting prospects into clients.
- Assist new clients with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
3) Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support and address any client inquiries or issues.
4) Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements based on client feedback.
5) Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the real estate or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
