We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate/Executive (BDA/BDE) to join our auto mechanics company, specializing in bike and car services. As a BDA/BDE, your primary responsibility will be to engage and convince customers to subscribe to our premium services for their bikes and cars. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Interact with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements, and present them with our subscription-based services for bike and car maintenance.

Sales Pitch: Develop persuasive sales pitches and presentations to showcase the benefits of subscribing to our services, highlighting the cost-effectiveness and convenience for the customers.

Relationship Building: Build strong and lasting relationships with customers to gain their trust and loyalty, ensuring repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals.

Negotiation: Negotiate subscription plans and pricing with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining company profitability.

Achieving Sales Targets: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently working towards meeting and exceeding goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 yrs of proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in the automotive or related industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

Persuasive and confident personality with the ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.

Knowledge of automotive services, maintenance, and industry trends is advantageous.

Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
