Direct Walk-In For Business Development Executive (Only Females)

Job Description

Job Overview: G Virtual Solutions is seeking an ambitious and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity for personal growth through 1:1 interaction with international clients and exposure to advanced digital marketing and lead generation strategies. You will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads, manage cold outreach via email and phone, and build strong relationships with clients from the UK and USA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enhance their communication skills and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge CRM tools and business development techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms to identify and engage potential clients in the UK and USA.

Cold Outreach: Conduct cold emailing, follow-ups, and reach out via phone to build client relationships.

Client Communication: Hold 1:1 calls with foreign clients to understand their needs, ensuring you take detailed notes for follow-ups and solutions.

Email and Call Management: Respond to client emails and calls professionally, maintaining effective communication channels.

Follow-Up: Manage a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and turn them into successful business relationships.

CRM & Reporting: Gain exposure to advanced CRM systems for tracking leads and managing client data effectively.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English (written and spoken) crucial for interacting with UK and USA-based clients.

Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools for lead generation.

Strong communication skills with the ability to understand client requirements and follow through.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights when needed for USA client calls.

Self-motivated, with an eagerness to learn advanced CRM tools, digital marketing techniques, and modern lead generation tactics.
