Business Development Associate (BDA)

Department: Sales/Business Development

Reports To: Team Leader

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Associate (BDA) specializing in calling, you will be responsible for generating revenue, engaging potential clients, and driving sales growth through proactive outbound calls. You will focus on educational institutions and stakeholders to promote our EdTech solutions and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling

.Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, including educational institutions and corporate partners.

Introduce and promote our EdTech solutions, understanding client needs and explaining how our products can address their challenges.

Lead Generation and Qualification:

.Identify and qualify leads through effective calling strategies and conversations.

Gather and document key information about prospects to ensure accurate lead management and follow-up.

Client Engagement:

.Build rapport with potential clients through phone interactions, understanding their educational and technological needs

.Address client queries, provide detailed information about products, and schedule follow-up meetings or demos as needed .

Sales Process Management:

.Move leads through the sales funnel by engaging prospects, addressing objections, and closing deals.

Maintain and update records of all client interactions, call outcomes, and lead status in CRM systems.

Product Knowledge:

.Develop a deep understanding of our EdTech solutions, including features, benefits, and differentiators.

Provide accurate information and demonstrate how our products can enhance educational experiences and outcomes.

Feedback and Improvement:

.Provide feedback on client interactions and market trends to help improve our sales strategies and product offerings.

Participate in regular training sessions to enhance calling techniques and product knowledge.
