Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads for our range of consulting services by reaching out to senior HR professionals, business owners, and decision-makers. This role requires a self-starter with strong networking skills, who can leverage direct connections, social media, and other channels to pitch our services, organize client meetings, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Networking: Identify and target potential clients, including senior HR leaders and business owners, using direct outreach, social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), and industry networks.
Sales & Client Engagement: Develop a thorough understanding of our consulting services and create tailored pitches to prospective clients. Present our offerings effectively and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining regular follow-ups to understand their needs and align our services accordingly.
Market Research: Conduct research on target markets, industry trends, and competitor offerings to identify business opportunities.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, client interactions, and progress through the sales cycle.
Collaboration: Work closely with the consulting team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role, preferably in the HR or consulting industry.
Strong understanding of Leadership Assessment, Coaching, HR Consulting, Recruitments, and OD interventions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
