Our prestigious destination resort is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Bhopal.

*Key Responsibilities*:

1..Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase the visibility and profitability of the property.

2..Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other key stakeholders.

3..Identify new business opportunities and markets to ensure strong lead generation and conversions.

4..Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing etc to create brand presence and awareness in the market.

5..Plan and execute promotional events, special packages, and seasonal offers to drive business growth.

6..Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

7..Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

8..Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

9..Collaborate with other departments (operations, front office, F&B, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience.

10..Achieve revenue and occupancy targets for the property.

*Key Qualifications*:

1..Professional Qualification in a related field

2..1+ year of experience in sales and marketing in hospitality industry.
