Key Responsibilities:
1) Engage with customers through calls to provide information about our services.
2) Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
3) Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with clients.
4) Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a sales executive / business development in a similar
role is preferred.
2. Freshers can also apply to this role who all are keen to build their career in
Sales & Marketing.
Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, advance computer
knowledge.
2. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English & Hindi languages.
3. Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
