Responsibilities:

• Counseling prospective students and guiding them about the different UG & PG courses offered.

• Counselling through Data Calling, online chat server

• Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.

• Collect the feedback from the participants and consolidate the same

• Handling queries over the telephone

• Converting leads into admissions.

• Recording and maintaining and Calling on given leads • Maintaining telephonic and walk-in records for the day

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education. Master's degree preferred.

• Proven experience in academic counseling, with a minimum of 6 months of work experience in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of educational standards, pedagogical theories, and curriculum development best practices.

• Proficiency with educational technology and tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Passion for education and a commitment to improving learning outcomes.
