1. Maintain lead CRM on a daily basis
2. Manage in-store/ home visit meetings with potential customers to determine their needs
3. Understand customer's requirements and recommend products accordingly
4. Demonstrate samples and products to potential customers during visits
5. Follow up with potential customers over calls on a regular basis
6. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
7. Prepare and maintain a record of order information, sending emails for order confirmation
8. Share order information with the manufacturing team
9. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' sales strategies
10. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
11. Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of client's/customers' interest
12. Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
13. Develop quotes and proposals for prospective customers
14. Share clients'/customers' feedback with management to ensure that our products and services consistently exceed expectations
15. Support the team with other responsibilities as required
Other requirements
1. Must have a two-wheeler to reach our store/factory on working days
2. Bachelor's degree in any discipline
3. Passionate about sales closure
4. Strong communication and presentation skills
5. Knowledge of MS Office software
6. Problem-solving and listening skills
7. Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to learn new skills
8. Excellent written and verbal communication (English, Kannada)
