Business Development Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential leads while managing the sales pipeline from

initial engagement to deal closure by proactively generating leads through

research, networking, and outreach efforts such as calls, emails, and social

media.

Conduct product presentations and explain our offerings effectively to

prospective clients.

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed

targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer

satisfaction and repeat business.

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and improve

lead generation.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as

needed.

Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer

interactions in CRM systems.

Collaborate with the senior management team on business development

strategies and reporting.
