.Job Designation- Business Development Executive

- It is for voice process and it’s is an onsite job role where the candidate will have to

relocate.

- Candidate age should be not more than 30 yrs

- CTC (salary): As per market standard’s.

- The candidate must know 4 languages (English, Kannada, Telugu and Hindi) and

optional languages (Tamil and Malayalam).

- Our company will be providing candidates facilities such as food, accommodation,

travel charges and visa process charges.

- The candidate must have passport or apply for the passport immediately after their

interview process.

- Candidates must have their 2-vaccination done and must have their certificate and

all the other documents for verification for the on-boarding process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

.Processing all customer purchases accordingly.

.Retaining inactive customers and passing on the feedback to the product manager.

.Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.

.Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

.Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

.Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

.Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
