Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities in the corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase hotel facilities and services.
Handle client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Account Management:
Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor and analyze client performance, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the hotels sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales campaigns, and special offers.
Coordinate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue.
Market Expansion:
Identify and develop new markets, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, and online travel agents (OTAs).
Explore opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance the hotel's brand presence.
