Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Research:
Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and customers.
Conduct market research to identify prospects and new leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers in potential client organizations.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
Strategic Planning & Development:
Develop and execute business strategies that align with the companys growth objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service.
Sales & Negotiation:
Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain records of business development activities and report on progress, including sales performance and market analysis.
Track KPIs to measure success in meeting sales targets.
Skills Required:
