Responsibilities:
 Achieving desired month on month growth and required sales targets by successfully managing the sales figures.
 To work with the senior management team in order to achieve set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
 Getting New Sales business by targeting new clients base and building constructive sales funnel to have better conversion ratio.
 To travel within the city and outstation to meet with potential and existing client€™s business requirement.
 To designing and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company€™s client network and ensure its strong brand presence.
 Should forecast and monitor sales on a daily basis.
 To develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
 To plan and ensure achievement of individual and team sales target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
 To meet customers, understand and discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of company€™s relationship with them.
 Achieve growth through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance
 Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate the same to the Sales Head.
 Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan.
 Work with sales Head to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies
Requisite Skills:
 Having experience in Sales and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
 3+ years€™ B2B sales experience
 Very Strong in New Client Acquisition.
 Excellent negotiation skills.
 Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
 Strong decision-making abilities.
 Strong understanding of market dynamics and Client requirements.
 Ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans.
 Excellent interpersonal skills for Client relationship building
 Process orientated and problem-solving ability at both strategic and functional level.
