### *Job Overview*:

We are looking for a *Business Development Executive (BDE)* who is *self-driven, **ambitious, and has the ability to work independently to grow our business. This is a **solo role, where the candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into clients, and achieving a monthly revenue target of *1 lakh** to justify their salary.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically to identify new business opportunities.

### *Key Responsibilities*:

- *Lead Generation*: Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and other innovative methods.

- *Sales Target: Achieve and exceed a minimum monthly target of 1 lakh in revenue. This is a **must* to justify the salary and position.

- *Client Engagement*: Pitch our products and services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiate contracts.

- *Market Research*: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities. Identify market gaps where the companys offerings can create an impact.

- *Customer Relationship Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.

- *Reporting*: Provide regular reports on lead status, sales progress, and revenue achievements to the management.

- *Sales Strategy*: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve the business goals and expand the customer base.

- *Follow-up*: Maintain consistent communication with clients for feedback, upsell opportunities, and referrals.
