- Someone with prior internship or full-time Sales experience is an added advantage

Responsibilities*:*
- Initiate telephonic conversations with candidates interested in Outscals programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide customized and effective solutions
- Coordinate pre- and post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Must Haves:
- Ability to work efficiently under high-pressure situations.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Street-smart attitude, balancing hard work with smart strategies.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with technical terminology.
- Self-motivated with a proactive learning attitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to explain complex products simply and effectively.
