Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities in the real estate market by researching and analyzing potential clients and property listings.
Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and other key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
Understand the needs and preferences of clients and match them with suitable properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants.
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and promotional activities.
Keep abreast of market trends, property values, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including pipeline, forecasts, and performance against targets.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and property improvements.
Represent the company at industry events, property exhibitions, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and build relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Executive in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of the local real estate market and property laws.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
