We're on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented business development executive/Sr. business development executive to join our team at Cosmic, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. As a Sales Executive, you'll be a key player in expanding our market reach, establishing, and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products/services to drive revenue growth. Primary role will be to establish the market for company new initiative: Buddy(NFC digital smart cards).
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Sales Outreach: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their requirements and aligning our offerings to meet their needs.
Sales Presentations: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company, consistently striving for higher sales volumes and increased profitability.
Market Insights and Feedback: Gather market feedback and insights, providing valuable input to product/service development and improvement.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience (+years in B2B/B2C offline) in sales roles, preferably in a similar industry or telecom/tourism/banking/media/advertising industry.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively
