Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. Product Knowledge :
-Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered.
- Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers.
2. Inside Sales:
- Conduct inside sales activities to generate revenue for the application.
- Engage with potential customers through phone calls.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel and move them towards conversion.
- Close sales deals over the phone.
3. Vendor Onboarding:
- Lead the onboarding process for new vendors onto the application.
- Guide vendors through the necessary documentation and registration procedures.
- Ensure a positive onboarding experience for vendors.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Address inquiries and concerns from both existing and potential users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Sales Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and vendor onboarding progress.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights to management on performance metrics.
6. Target Achievement:
- Set and achieve sales targets for inside sales and tele sales.
- Monitor progress towards targets and take corrective actions if necessary.
- Contribute to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
7. Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure that all vendor onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory requirements.
8. Timely Follow-Up:
- Implement a systematic follow-up process for both sales leads and vendor onboarding.
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests from clients and vendors.
