Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and expand our client base in the USA market. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences.
Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations of our application over Zoom or other virtual platforms to showcase its features and benefits to potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and work towards closing deals that are mutually beneficial for both parties.
Shift Timing: The shift timing for this role is from 7:00 PM to 4:30 AM (IST).
Working Days: This is a full-time position with 5 days of work per week.
Inside Sales: This role primarily involves inside sales, focusing on reaching out to clients remotely rather than field sales.
USA Process: This position will primarily target clients in the USA market.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts clearly.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Experience working in a night shift environment.
Familiarity with USA market
