Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Tally software.
3. Needs Analysis: Understand the business requirements of clients and conduct needs analysis. Tailor Tally software solutions to address the specific needs and challenges of clients.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and capabilities of Tally software. Articulate the value proposition of Tally solutions to potential clients.
5. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase Tally software functionalities. Address client queries and concerns effectively.
6. Proposal Development: Create and submit comprehensive proposals that align with client needs and budget considerations. Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
7. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
8. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
9. Customer Support: Collaborate with the support team to ensure smooth implementation and post-sales support. Address any customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Proven experience in software sales, preferably with a focus on accounting or ERP solutions. Freshers are also welcome.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiarity with Tally software or similar accounting solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
