responsibilities :
Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our IT solutions and services.
lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of customer needs.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's products and services to provide accurate information to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, addressing queries, and providing excellent customer service.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
Database Management: Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activity, leads generated, and conversions.
qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as Sales or similar role in the IT industry. Familiarity with IT products and services is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team..
