Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and sales.
Conduct negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and business development activities to senior management.

Qualification:
Bachelors/ Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as required.
Education & Experience:
MBA (Sales/Marketing) is desired.
Experience: 0 to 1 Years of experience in Sales domain.
Preferred to have someone with at least 1 year experience in B2B Sales preferably in Fintech, Banking, Financial sector, etc.
Location: Bangalore (Work from office only).
