2. Account handling: Handling the existing clients for new orders, existing requirements and referral business.
3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and identify business opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate potential opportunities.
4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Effective presentation skills to pitch ideas and proposals.
5. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer needs. Familiarity with competitive landscape and the ability to differentiate the company's offerings.
6. Self-Motivated: Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward. Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. Willingness to travel as/if required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Experience in B2B sales and/or relevant industry experience is highly desirable.
