Note: This position offers a sales-based compensation structure with earnings dependent on business development success and achievements.

Job Description:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead

generation methods.

Fix site visits, conduct property showings & convert prospect in to sales

Achieve your set target & generate revenue.

Conduct market research to identify trends, potential leads, and new market opportunities.

Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Provide timely and accurate reports on business development activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passionate about the sales with time management skills.

Self-driven, well-groomed and pleasing personality

Must be high on work ethics.
