Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients via voice calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting innovative solutions and identifying new business opportunities.
Create engaging JotForms for lead generation and client feedback to streamline communication and improve conversion rates.
Use Canva to design visually appealing posts, presentations, and proposals for client engagement and marketing purposes.
Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to create effective online campaigns, ensuring alignment between sales goals and digital strategies.
Contribute to the companys social media presence by suggesting or creating digital marketing content, posts, or advertisements that highlight the companys services/products.
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients to drive recurring business and enhance customer satisfaction.
Close deals effectively by understanding client needs and offering customized, relevant solutions.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client support post-sale.
Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively over voice calls.
Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Creative mindset with the ability to design Canva posts and marketing materials that engage clients and enhance communication.
