Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position based in Delhi (but currently to work remotely), and requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience.
Qualifications And Skills
1-2 years of experience in business development or sales
Strong customer relationship management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of CRM software
Experience in lead generation and cold calling
Roles And Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and present appropriate solutions
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by effectively managing the sales cycle
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors’ activities, and market dynamics
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
Negotiate and close deals with clients
Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management
