Job Description

As a Business Growth Specialist with a focus on digital marketing agency services, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our agency's client base and revenue. Leveraging your expertise in digital marketing strategies, market analysis, and business development, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our agency. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth by aligning our digital marketing services with the needs and goals of prospective clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within a digital marketing agency or related industry.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and email marketing.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and analytics platforms.
