Roles and Responsibilities
The business development and marketing manager is in charge of overseeing a company's marketing programs and projects. They primarily manage and coordinate teams, set goals and guidelines, organize budgets and timelines, conceptualize plans, and develop strategies to optimize operations.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Creation of sales pipeline and lead generation.
Meet the daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly targets.
Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
Establish social media presence on Facebook; manage intern to follow blogging community and oversee communications on social networking sites.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.
At Least 3 years of ed-tech experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
