Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team, supporting both pre-sales
and post-sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential
clients, gathering requirements, conducting data analysis, providing business insights, and
ensuring smooth solution implementation and delivery. This role involves working closely with
sales, clients, and internal teams to deliver business solutions that drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales:
1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively engage with potential clients through cold
calling, email outreach, and networking to identify business opportunities.
2. Requirements Gathering: Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives during
initial conversations and discovery calls.
3. Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to design tailored business solutions
based on client requirements.
4. Product Demonstrations: Assist in preparing product demos, presentations, and other
sales materials to showcase the products value to clients.
5. Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate and assess potential solutions for feasibility and
alignment with client goals.
6. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, including
business case justifications, pricing models, and scope of services.
7. Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients to
support the sales process and increase conversion rates.
Post-Sales:
1. Requirement Analysis: Collaborate
