Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers valuable B2B sales experience, working directly with decision-makers, company owners, and exploring new-age digital economy products like ERP, CRM, and Cloud Computing.
Key Responsibilities:
Pure B2B/Corporate Sales
Lead generation through cold calling and follow-ups
Work on existing leads and generate new prospects
Client visits to understand requirements and provide product demonstrations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate deals with transparency and close sales
Achieve sales targets to earn performance-based incentives
Maintain a strong work ethic and focus on daily success
Qualifications:
MBA / MMS (Marketing preferred)
Graduates from any stream can also apply
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Good relationship-building skills and confidence to meet decision-makers
Interest in IT / Software / ERP sales is an added advantage
Must own a Laptop or Tablet
