Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach via cold calling, emails, and social media.

Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to acquire new clients and expand our customer base.

Sales Generation: Actively identify and engage potential clients to promote our chit schemes and drive sales.

Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to approach customers for collections and provide exceptional customer service.

Lead Development: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.

Market Expansion: Attend networking events to attract and retain clients, identifying new revenue opportunities.
