Key Responsibilities:
Generate New Business:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and actively pursue opportunities to convert leads into sales.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct engaging presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our IT solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to tailor presentations to the specific needs of clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and technology requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on IT solutions to meet client needs.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and present detailed proposals that outline the scope, benefits, and costs of proposed solutions.
Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure accurate and realistic proposals.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, addressing any concerns or objections.
Successfully close deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the implementation and support teams.
Market Intelligence:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
