• Knowledge of services like web development, mobile application development, digital
marketing etc. is must. Online marketing experience is highly preferable.
• Effective communicator and negotiator with strong analytical, problem-solving and
organizational ability.
• Creating pitches and proposals including requirements gathering for successful conversion of
the leads. Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, client acquisition, cross-selling
and expanding client database.
• Maintain healthy client relationships / customer retention/renewals and word of mouth referrals.
• Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online and offline, Nurturing
leads and follow-ups.
• Maintains a disciplined, timely approach to task update, documentation, communication, and
reports. Must have deep understanding of marketing principles.
Must have ability to provide quality leadership to Sales team.
