• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints on mail/whatsapp/phone

• Responding to inquiries generated online and offline and interacting with potential customers.

• Following up regularly with inquiries and leads.

• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

• Respond quickly to assigned leads (No cold calling targets)

• Must have prior experience of IndiaMart, TradeIndia and other B2B market places.

• Finding dealers on B2B Portals, Indiamart, Justdial, Google, Internet and calling them for business
