**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing and with an experience of 2+ years preferably within the education sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve targets.
- Experience in franchise development and management would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of the Indian education industry and market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
