AGPHR, we’re on a mission to grow, and we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to help us expand our reach, build partnerships, and drive success.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Present and promote AGPHR’s services to prospective clients and partners.
Understand client needs and offer customized solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Marketing, Delivery) to ensure client satisfaction.
Attend industry events, seminars, and networking meetups to promote AGPHR’s brand.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure to meet targets.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
Prior experience in HR services, staffing, recruitment, or IT services is a plus.
