Job Description

Prospect and acquire new clients to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of revenue generation and achieving sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

A postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools is advantageous.
