Job Description:

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for understanding the client's requirements and collaborating with the development and marketing teams to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.

Experience:

- 2-3+ years (training will be provided by us)

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat

- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability

- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Qualifications:

- Graduate minimum

- Language: English, Hindi, and Bengali

- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

- Must have a grasp on the basics of Website Design and/or Digital Marketing

- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
