Job Description

Aims to provide students with assistance to make the right choice with regard to pursuing education in overseas educational institutions in countries such as Australia, the USA, the UK, Canada and the EU (plus many more). We assist the student in all the formalities, right from admission application to planning and securing financial assistance and the student VISA. We also help students with a few ancillary services like Medical Insurance, Foreign Remittance Services, Post Arrival Support and Education Loans.

Job purpose

We are seeking highly skilled and dynamic Business Development Associates (Inside Sales) who possess a unique blend of strategic analysis, marketing acumen, and sales expertise. As a key member of our team, the BDA will be actively engaged in the entire student journey, starting from the initial contact to assisting them in selecting the perfect education destination.

The ideal candidate for the BDA role is a well-rounded and business-savvy professional who excels at assessing the strengths and weaknesses of a business. Ideally a seasoned BDA should have a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and possess the ability to identify growth opportunities. With their strategic mindset, the BDA will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving our business forward.

Duties and Responsibilities :

This position in available in Delhi-Defense colony business vertical. Selected employee’s day-to-day responsibilities shall include:

1. Prospecting potential customers: by phone, by email, in-office meetings

2. Convincing the Students / Parents to start their Study Abroad Application

3. Managing the entire sales process

4. Identifying new development channels

5. Following up on potential sales

6. Promoting the company and its product/service
